COMPLAINT POLICY

§                    Corruption – free organization is every body’s responsibility and you can help us in achieving the same.

§                The main aim of Vigilance Department is to initiate steps to curb corruption and malpractices in the organization.

§                    The objective is to ensure Transparency and fair play in all spheres of public dealing and increase the efficiency as well as productivity through various preventive measures and monitoring mechanisms.

§                    Vigilance Department in GRSE Limited is headed by the Chief Vigilance Officer Smt. Sujata Ray, IOFS, nominated by the Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi.

§                    In case you have any complaints related to Corruption, Integrity, Fair play and Transparency in dealing with GRSE Limited, you may complain to : 

 §                    GRSE Limited does not entertain anonymous / pseudonymous complaints. So give your proper name, address and contact phone number.  In the absence of these information, the complaint will be rejected.

§                    Complaints must be brief and specific.  Must contain Factual details, which are Verifiable and other related matters.  They should not be vague or contain absurd allegations, sweeping statements. Wherever possible enclose documentary evidence.

§                    Your identity will not be revealed, if requested.

§                    The complaint will be acknowledged to the contact number provided, but it will not be possible to keep the complainant updated with the status of the case. However, the complaint will be followed to its logical conclusion.

§                    After lodging complaint, it is advised not to continue corresponding on the same subject.
